IPT Global’s leadership team combines decades of operational experience across operators, drilling contractors, and service companies with deep expertise in software engineering and technology development.
Alyssa has over 15 years of experience in well integrity and assurance across global offshore operations. Her leadership and strategic oversight have been instrumental in advancing IPT Global’s digital well assurance solutions, ensuring operators achieve
safer and more reliable performance across the well lifecycle.
Prior to joining IPT Global, Alyssa worked at Shell Oil Company, Whiting Petroleum Corporation, and Marathon Oil Corporation. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Texas A&M University, and she earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Petroleum Geology from Colorado School of Mines.
Cody combines deep technical knowledge in software engineering with practical
offshore experience working for a global operator. He has played a key role in building
world-class research and development teams that create IPT Global’s advanced
analytics and digital workflows, which optimize testing efficiency and reduce operational risk. Cody’s work ensures IPT Global remains at the forefront of technology-driven assurance, delivering actionable insights.
Prior to joining IPT Global, Cody worked at Shell Oil Company and WestBay
Geophysical. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Sciences from
Michigan State University, and he earned his Master of Science degree in Geological
Sciences from Ohio University.
John is a recognized authority in well operations and barrier verification, with a career
spanning complex drilling and completions projects for major operators worldwide. At
IPT Global, he drives operational excellence and world-class customer service. His
expertise underpins IPT Global’s reputation for delivering industry-leading solutions with the highest standard of integrity.
Prior to joining IPT Global, John worked around the globe in operational and leadership roles at BP, BP Amoco, and other independent operators. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from West Virginia University.
Rick has 40 years of experience leading product and software development. At IPT
Global, he’s had a hand in nearly everything: building SureTec from its earliest versions,
adapting it as the industry changed, and shaping the research and IT initiatives that kept the company ahead of new opportunities rather than chasing them.
He received his Associate of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Electronics
Engineering from The University of Akron, and he earned his Bachelor of Science
degree in Management from Malone University.
Chris has 20 years industry experience with a strong operational background, having
managed complex offshore operations as a rig manager for several key drilling
contractors. As Director of Barrier Assurance, he oversees strategic delivery of IPT
Global’s digital well assurance solutions across Europe and beyond. Chris supports
operators and drilling contractors looking to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable offshore
operations with our latest collaborative technology.
Prior to joining IPT Global, Chris managed drilling operations in Australia, Singapore,
and throughout Europe in the Norwegian, UK, Danish, and Dutch sectors of the North
Sea. Chris earned his Master of Engineering degree in Naval Architecture from the
Universities of Glasgow and Strathclyde.
Scott’s expertise in well engineering and digital technology plays an important role in
delivering advanced digital software solutions that help our clients achieve the highest
level of well integrity assurance in the most efficient way. As Director of Solution
Development, he leads IPT Global’s solution development strategy and supports our
clients with innovative, technology-driven approaches.
Prior to joining IPT Global, Scott worked at Shell Oil Company in several roles spanning
wellsite operations, completions design, and digitalization. He received his Bachelor of
Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State University.
Nicholas brings expertise in software engineering and technical leadership to IPT
Global’s software development organization. As Director of Software Development, he
leads the team responsible for building reliable, scalable, and high-quality software
platforms that support IPT Global’s well assurance workflows. Under his leadership, the
team helps ensure IPT Global’s digital products continue to evolve through modern
technology, strong development practices, and a continued focus on software quality,
safety, and client value.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University of
Houston.
Yen-Yit plays a key role in the creation of industry-leading software solutions at IPT
Global. Through extensive collaboration with his team of talented software engineers
and colleagues from other disciplines, he helps construct advanced software solutions
that support our clients’ global operations.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University of
Tennessee.
