Michael noticed the maintenance pennants for the life boat did not have secondary retention to properly secure them to their mounts.
Michael called the bridge and notified them of the discrepancy and how important it is to ensure the pennants were properly secured with secondary retention. The bridge team immediately responded and installed secondary retention to ensure all possible dropped object hazards were eliminated.
